Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By engaging Febivu for automotive services, you agree to these terms. Services are provided at our facility located at 126 Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur 50400, Malaysia.
2. Liability & Warranty
Febivu warrants workmanship for 30 days from service completion. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Customers assume all risks associated with vehicle operation post-service.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges as per Malaysian commercial law.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled service. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% service fee.
5. Data & Privacy
Personal data collected during service booking is processed per GDPR and Malaysian Data Protection Act. We do not share customer information with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All diagnostic reports, work documentation, and service records remain Febivu's property. Customers receive access for personal vehicle maintenance purposes only.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through written communication. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to Malaysian small claims court if applicable.
8. Modifications
Febivu reserves the right to update these terms. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued service use constitutes acceptance.
